 Sound will guide you through a 90-minute somatic meditation and immersive o
 utdoor sound bath. This session is intentionally designed to shift you out 
 of your head and into your body. By blending deep somatic release with the 
 restorative frequencies of live crystal singing bowls\, Jessika helps rewir
 e the subconscious safety patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive\, allow
 ing your nervous system to drop into a state of profound\, lasting regulati
 on.\nNow deeply rooted and spacious\, you will transition into the thermal 
 reset. Melt away any remaining physical tension with an outdoor sauna exper
