 o the warmth of the sauna. Listen to a restorative sound bath beneath the d
 arkening sky.\nThere will be long breakfasts\, seasonal food\, time with th
 e animals and an evening feast in the converted barn.\nA few weeks beyond t
 he autumn equinox\, the landscape reminds us of another kind of rhythm: gat
