Your journey begins grounded on the earth, where Jessika from Somatics and Sound will guide you through a 90-minute somatic meditation and immersive outdoor sound bath. This session is intentionally designed to shift you out of your head and into your body. By blending deep somatic release with the restorative frequencies of live crystal singing bowls, Jessika helps rewire the subconscious safety patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive, allowing your nervous system to drop into a state of profound, lasting regulation.

Now deeply rooted and spacious, you will transition into the thermal reset. Melt away any remaining physical tension with an outdoor sauna experience, courtesy of Combe Head House, before finishing your ritual with a revitalising, cold water dip in the clear waters of the spring-fed pond.
