Solstice Candlelit Somatic Sound Bath

Escape the noise of daily life and step into an afternoon of pure somatic restoration.

Hosted in the breathtaking grounds of Combe Head House, this experience is designed to be a complete circuit breaker for your mind and body, a luxurious mini-day retreat to recalibrate your entire system.

Your journey begins grounded on the earth, where Jessika from Somatics and Sound will guide you through a 90-minute somatic meditation and immersive outdoor sound bath. This session is intentionally designed to shift you out of your head and into your body. By blending deep somatic release with the restorative frequencies of live crystal singing bowls, Jessika helps rewire the subconscious safety patterns that keep you stuck in overdrive, allowing your nervous system to drop into a state of profound, lasting regulation.

Immersed in nature and fully regulated, you’ll leave feeling entirely restored and reconnected.
