Accompanied by birdsong, the rustle of leaves and the flowing spring, you’ll be guided through simple mindfulness and visualisation practices designed to help you relax, restore and reconnect with yourself.
Suitable for all, whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice. A hot herbal tea is included, leaving you feeling refreshed, grounded and deeply restored.
Please bring a yoga mat, head pillow, eye mask and blanket.
